About
Dr. Julius Cesar O. Mamaril is an Associate Professor V at the College of Computing Sciences, Pangasinan State University (PSU), Philippines. He has held significant leadership roles at PSU, including Dean of the College of Computing Sciences, Deputy Executive Director of the Open University Systems, and Director of the ICT Management Office. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Records Management Office. Dr. Mamaril earned his Doctorate in Information Technology (DIT) from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila, as a CHED K to 12 (SGS-Local) Scholar. He is a Certified Data Protection Officer, having completed his certification at the UP Open University Foundation, Inc. Additionally, he is an accredited evaluator for the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). As the President of the Council of Information Technology Education Deans and Heads – Region I, Dr. Mamaril demonstrates leadership in advancing IT education.
